Collaboration with Inês Zinho Pinheiro
a piece for the sound sculpture Lurking Creature, dancer and electronics
Lurking Creature by Lilja María Ásmundsdóttir and Inês Zinho Pinheiro.
Made from fragments that can be added, taken away and attached together in different ways, Lurking Creature is a transient, living being that deviates physically and sonically.
Lurking Creature has been performed several times, including at the Dark Music Days Festival in 2019. The event took place in the Reykjavík Art Museum. The piece has also been performed in the underground chamber of the Brunel Museum in London in 2018.
